During my time at Studeo, we’ve placed a strong emphasis on dynamic video content for marketing. Given our tool’s interactive nature, motion graphics have become essential in creating marketing materials. I’ve contributed to three animated explainer videos and several short-form animated ads. Most recently, I was responsible for creating an explainer video for our revamped website launch.

The PROCESS

Studeo’s original website wasn’t clearly communicating its value. Ambiguous terms like “digital storytelling platform” and “creating digital storybooks” left real estate agents unsure of what we offered or how it solved their pain points.


The tone was too casual for our audience, and with pricing hidden behind forms, potential customers felt frustrated rather than empowered—leading to lower conversions.

To bring this vision to life, our creative team designed the website’s visuals and layout while also expanding its content to better serve our audience. In addition to refining the homepage, we created new pages such as a product example page, a testimonials page, and case studies — to provide clarity, build trust, and showcase real-world success. These updates made it easier for real estate agents to understand Studeo’s value and see the impact firsthand.

Made pricing plans clear and visible on the site, eliminating the need for users to fill out forms just to access key details, leading to higher engagement and conversions.

As a result of these changes, the revamped website saw significant improvements. Demo bookings increased by 50%, with 1 in 3 visitors now booking demos directly from the site without any intervention from the sales team.

Performance Ads

Precise targeting by overhauling visuals and messaging.

Studeo faced challenges with past messaging not resonating with our target audience. Our head of marketing collaborated with the creative team to refine our positioning and messaging. We identified that focusing on top-performing real estate agents (the 1%) would provide the most stable long-term revenue.


To reach this audience, we adjusted our visuals and messaging, showcasing luxury properties, using short-form headlines, and keeping the UI minimal with less text. Through A/B testing various visual approaches, including dark and light modes, testimonial content, and sleek product mock-ups, we found a strategy that reduced our CPC by over 30%.

Revamping our brand through motion design.

At Studeo, we’ve prioritized dynamic video content as a key part of our marketing strategy. Given the interactive nature of our tool, motion graphics play a crucial role in our materials. I’ve contributed to three animated explainer videos and multiple short-form animated ads. Most recently, I led the creation of an explainer video for our revamped website launch.

The Process

I was given a rough script draft by the marketing team, from which I created a storyboard outlining the visuals. To enhance the video’s visual positioning and messaging, I reviewed competitor videos and identified areas for improvement. After collaborating with various stakeholders and incorporating feedback from the sales team, we finalized the script. This process took about 2-3 weeks, with input based on customer calls, pain points, the sales process, and our target audience.

Over the next few weeks, I focused on the motion design, going through multiple feedback loops with the creative and marketing teams until the video was finalized. I outsourced tasks such as voiceovers using AI tools and added movement to still images where possible.


Our goal was to position the brand as innovative, luxurious, and strategic. I ensured the explainer video maintained a cohesive look that aligned with these values while highlighting Studeo's features and the benefits for our potential customers.
